Summary	08453: divebomb: Kyuukoukabakugekitai - Dive Bomber Squad cocktail mode screen rotation bad graphical glitches.
Description	When player 2's turn begins and the screen flips, the sprites flash across the screen and parts of the scrolling background are black (empty). This doesn't happen during player 1's turn. I tried multiple times and this issue occurs.
Steps To Reproduce	Set game to cocktail mode. Start a 2 player game. Watch when player 2's turn begins.
