Description	Hello, The DIP Switches in Halley's Comet for "Invincibility" and "Infinite Lives" do not seem to be functional.
Steps To Reproduce	Start any of the Halley's Comet ROMS: halleysc, halleyscjp, halleyscja, halleyscj, halleysc87 Change DIP Switch of Invincibility and Infinite Lives to On Insert Coins and Start Get slapped by an enemy

However, they enable debug features if you press START1 during the boot sequence. */ so if you want those to do anything you must boot with start held down
