Summary	08606: Rename Bilinear Filtering to Image Filtering
Description	In General Settings \ Video Options \ have the Option "Bilinear Filtering" related with scaling filtering and allowing 2 options ON and OFF. On enable bilinear and off is nearest. Renaming the Option Menu "Bilinear Filtering" to "Image Filtering" or other better naming and having two options "nearest" and "bilinear" instead "on" and "off". The menu will have better naming about the options.
