Summary	08617: All games in sega/chihiro.cpp, possibly all sets in microsoft/xbox.cpp: Graphics goes blank
Description	Starting any game in Chihiro won't draw anything (either blank or garbage data)
Steps To Reproduce	- mamefoo outr2 - Wait until 2 seconds of effective time, should already draw the Chihiro logo. To mass test, use mamefoo outr2 -bench 2
Additional Information	Suspected breakage between 0.250 and 0.251 microsoft/xbox.cpp looks similar (when you have an HDD dashboard), the only GFX it manages to draw is the spinning Xbox Live disc loader (which doesn't make sense since unattended it should draw the dashboard itself with the language selector).
