Summary 08622: Bgfx + opengl + hlsl shows black screen when enabling NTSC
Description When using bgfx with the opengl backend with HLSL, switching "Enable NTSC" to On will display a black screen, albeit with the glass reflection effects.
Steps To Reproduce -Set video to bgfx
-Set backend opengl
-Select HLSL Screen Effect
-Set Enable NTSC to ON

You left out a step - it's necessary to select effect hlsl, before the NTSC option becomes available.

After that, yes, the screen went black, so it's confirmed.
