The dipswitch for difficulty is backwards.
Easy = Hard
Hard = Easy
|Steps To Reproduce||
Just playing the game will show you that if you have the settings on Easy the Joker will come out way earlier on the first level.

|Additional Information||Have not been able to confirm on Arcade hardware, but it seems that from playing in tournaments that they try to set the game on hard but it is actually easy.|
