Summary | 08703: zookeep, zookeep2: occasional shifted text in Service Menu Audit Totals screen
Description | Sometimes the text for the bottom of the right column on the Audit Totals screen in the service menu is shifted to the upper left portion of the screen. I can't seem to see a pattern to it. Sometimes it is there after deleting the nvram and cfg files and starting again, sometimes it happens when pressing 9 during the attract mode. Can't reproduce this with zookeep3 or zookeepbl so far.
Steps To Reproduce |
1. Run zookeep. 2a. If it's the first time hit 9 three times to get to the audit screen, it may or may not have the shifted graphics here, otherwise press 9 some more to get to the game mode. 2b. Press 9 a few times to get to the audit screen. |

Additional Information |
There's a note in the driver about service mode text: https://github.com/mamedev/mame/blob/master/src/mame/taito/qix.cpp#L609 // high interleave needed to ensure correct text in service mode |

It took a few cycles but the fault eventually showed. |
