Summary	08753: sms, smspal: Resetting some Master System games switches to the BIOS game
Description	Pressing Reset with certain Master System games loaded will go to the BIOS and act as if no game is inserted.
Steps To Reproduce	-Load an affected game on the Master System core (e.g.: sms sonic). -Press F3, now you'll be playing Alex Kidd.
