| Description |
As of version 0.268, the game fails to boot. While attempting to boot up, the game throws an error when checking for the condition of the backup RAM ("NG") and restarts, despite the color RAM being okay. Deleting the game's NVRAM files and reloading didn't help, either. The Sammy Medal System IPL version 5 does this, while IPL version 4 gives a blank blue screen instead. |

Yeah it's working fine. If after doing what Haze said you get a test menu, hit F3 again and then it will work. |

Actually I'm noticing what might be issues. In demo mode it loses sound after a short while with a flashing Japanese notice. Pressing F3 sometimes gives a continual reset and flashing screen. Pressing 5 or 1 does nothing. Pressing 6 can do something, such as suddenly running the game from halfway through. Maybe I just don't understand this game. It does seems weird. |

The "flashing Japanese notice" translates (albeit vaguely) to "Give me a medal." Could this be an "Insert coin" message, or what else? Also, pressing 6 starts the game, with pressing Ctrl to shoot being the sole control scheme in the game, since it has only one button, no joystick. It's interesting to notice that pressing 5 to insert a coin and pressing 1 to start do nothing for this, though. |
