Summary	08908: pc9821: The machine doesn't recognize a Flame Zapper Kotsujin HDI image from Neo Kobe collection.
Description	PC-98 BIOS just welcome a user with a standart question "How many files(0-15)?" instead of hard disk boot.
Steps To Reproduce	Launch a machine mentioned in header, toggle the UI, choose the CO2-Pro (Flame Zapper Kotsujin).hdi in the file manager and reset system.
