Summary 08910: hachamf: Discolored otter in title screen after bootup
Description Game: Hacha Mecha Fighter (all versions/sets)

This is related to bug #7730. - https://mametesters.org/view.php?id=7730

Since version 0.268, the bug where the otter on the airplane in the title screen becomes discolored after the game boots up has returned. Thus, I have marked this version as the regression version.

All versions are affected, thus I have only included the parent set's ROM name.
Steps To Reproduce Load any version of the game and wait until after it boots up to see the discolored otter and airplane. It usually goes away when the attract mode's second loop starts, but there is expected to be no discoloration on the otter and airplane.
Additional Information Screenshots are provided below to show the discoloration of the otter and airplane and the expected colors. Since this is a new occurrence of the bug, please do not mark this as a duplicate unless considered such.

It works ok when you underclock the main CPU to 8MHz. But this is not a fix, it introduces slowdowns that are not visible on pcb videos.
*edit* Ok, it was actually too late sprite DMA (hence underclocking CPU got rid of the gfx glitch)

Was the CPU restored to its original clock speed after the DMA changes?

The first half of my prev message? I was fiddling around with the clock speed on my local build, it was never uploaded to github.
