Summary 07730: hachamf and clones: Character's Colors at the Title screen are Wrong
Description The character at the title screen seems to have Wrong colors.
Only tested in hachamf and hachamfb but im assuming this is also affected for the clones hachamfa and hachamfp. I haven't tried them yet.
Steps To Reproduce This is always present.

This issue needs to be fixed again, because i tried this game back with MAME 0.268 and it's happening again

It seems like the bug goes away starting with the second loop of the attract mode. It's only noticeable when the game is loaded. I've provided a screenshot that includes the expected colors for the otter.

For that screenshot (expected colors for the otter in the title screen, provided by me), I'm using the parent ROM set (hachamf). The original screenshot detailing the bug uses the bootleg Thunder Dragon conversion romset (hachamfb).

EDIT: I've created a new bug report related to this one (#8910), and it has something to do with DMA behavior on the driver. Hopefully, it's been fixed when version 0.270 comes out.
