Summary 08994: panic and clones: "trapped.wav" sample loops incorrectly
Description A suitable sample already exists, but it repeats too early rather than looping all the way through as it should.

I made the sample set from my Space Panic PCB over 20 years ago which I no longer have. The wav file sound file is fine but the emulation would rapid fire the trigger the wrong way in the sound section not allowing the sound to play properly.

This fixes the bug. Line 80 in cosmic.cpp - the number 2 points to trapped.wav ,2
