Summary	09031: kovqhsgs: after a while an error appears onscreen followed by game hanging
Description	This game is marked as working, but it has issues.
Steps To Reproduce	>mame kovqhsgs Let it run in the attract mode. After a short while the message Z80 QUEUE FULL ERROR appears near the bottom of the screen. Soon after, the game abruptly hangs.
