Summary	09066: xfiles, xfilesk: Hyperstone DRC blocks coin up
Description	You can not coin up and start a game once the attract mode cycle has run. Coin up does work before the attract cycle runs however. This doesn't occur if -nodrc is specified.
Steps To Reproduce	Launch xfiles or xfilesk. Let attract mode run and return to the X-Files title screen. Try to insert coin and start game. Retry these steps using -nodrc and the issue doesn't occur.
