Summary	09088: bigkonggx, possibly ckongg and others: Tone generator is too low-pitched
Description	This may also apply to Crazy Kong Galaxian, as well as Kong (Taito do Brasil), and the pitch decrease seems to be similar to what original Jump Bug hardware implements.
