Summary 09131: viostorm and clones: violent storm fade out and fade in effect missing
Description hello
the videogame violent storm and clones has problems with the fade out and fade in effect
this affects are missing in the recent version of mame compare to old versions

Steps To Reproduce 1. start the game
2. play the game
3. defeat the first boss
4. see the cutscene
5. fade out and fade in effects missing

After playing 0.274 a bit, the regression version is confirmed as 0.275. Bug confirmed.

Specifically, the shadow flags change in metamrph_sprite_callback.
I tried removing K055555_SKIPSHADOW for this game, but that brings back the fireworks bug when finishing stage 2 where the green guy says "so long suckers".

That doesn't fix fading during stage transitions.
