Summary	09145: jack and clones: [possible] Sound tempo is too fast
Description	In this footage I found, the audio plays at a slower rate: Not sure if it's just an issue with this board, but it may be how it's intended to sound. Edit: The "correct" audio clock speed seems to be about 80% of what it is in MAME currently.
