Yes, MAME tells you the graphics emulation is bad. In fact it’s so bad, it can’t render double-height sprites properly in Super Mario Land. As I’ve said numerous times, it needs a complete rewrite and there’s no point opening bug reports until then. Opening bug reports and/or arguing about it will just cause the rewrite to be delayed further. |
