Summary 09172: zaviga: The background color of the title screen is incorrect
Description The background color of the title screen should be blue.
And in many places, blue pixels are black.

Confirmed.

Also, the lakes are blue in the video, but purple in MAME.

I also corrected reading from paletteram, but I don't think the games ever read paletteram.

Schematics are hard to read, from there it doesn't look like there's any difference between the B color output and G/R.

Getting purple instead of black, but isn't it supposed to be blue? Lakes are still purple.

Yeah, I don't know why the blue is stronger on the PCB video. Like I said, I see no difference between r/g/b outputs in the schematics.
