Summary	09202: srallyc and clones: wrong sound keys played at the end of the attract sequence
Description	hello sega rallly championships suffers from horns and beeps sounds in the music like the attract mode and the finish line song. this doen't happen in real hardware, model 2 emulator and hoot music emulator.
Steps To Reproduce	1. start the game 2. see the attract mode 3. horn sound during the final part of attract mode music

No.23926 Haze Senior Tester 2 days ago	not sure, but the looping sound when the goalkeeper punches the ball in vstriker (just watch attract demo) is still there, and both are SCSP based, which suggests there may be a problem with the SCSP or the hookup of it.
