Summary	09207: pc_goons: Freeze on the way from stage 2 to stage 3.
Description	On PlayChoice-10 Goonies, after clearing stage 2, on the way to stage 3, it blacks out and freezes. This problem also occurs in older versions.
Steps To Reproduce	Clear stage 2 and head to stage 3.
