Summary	09220: bballoon: Severe slowdown, black screen in attract mode, unable to start game
Description	This may be a possible regression that was later fixed. After the Nexon logo, when the attract mode cinematic is expected to show up, it doesn't, instead giving a black screen. Even the music is slower than it was previously, and the game cannot be started by inserting a coin and pressing Start. This issue only occurs on the current release version (0.278), and not on the previous version (0.277) or my nightly build (build 1f94686).
Steps To Reproduce	Load the game and wait until the attract mode starts. Make sure to have the cfg and NVRAM files cleared before loading.
Additional Information	Due to the nature of this bug, I am not able to provide screenshots.
