Summary	09278: starforc and clones, megaforc, senjyo, baluba, megaforcu: Loud pop when starting game
Description	After updating to MAME 0.281, noise sounds when launching Star Force. The same occurs with Senjyo.
Steps To Reproduce	Just launch starforc.
Additional Information	Operation on PCB has not been confirmed, but no issues occurred in past versions of MAME.

No.23723 hap Developer Sep 26, 2025, 17:51 edited on: Sep 27, 2025, 08:16	Even if it's not audible on PCB videos, the blip is too short to verify. MAME boots up immediately, a PCB takes a few milliseconds to power on all components. We know from PCB references of other games (eg. Bank Panic, Mr Do's Castle, and also on BBC Master) that this sound chip makes a low pitch beep at power-on.
No.23724 tenpar Tester Sep 27, 2025, 00:14	PCB video. No noise is heard during startup. Judging by the coin sound, the volume seems sufficiently loud.

I've set it to trivial, and confirmed it. The problem occurs with all games in the driver, and after hearing it a few times it does become annoying.
