Summary	09289: All in statriv2.cpp: Seems like all of the games are running much slower than the correct speed?
Description	Games in this driver are running painfully slow. Most obvious when trying to play any of the Trivia games because there is a seconds countdown and when comparing to an actual timer it is much slower. Sound is affected as well.
Steps To Reproduce	Load and run any of the Trivia games in statriv2.cpp driver. Try to play at the current default settings with no cpu speedup ect.
