Summary	09301: ct486 [win31]: OS installation ontop the msdos622 stucks on the reboot phase.
Description	win31 (all versions) are non-bootable and require a compulsory MS-DOS presence on the hard drive. After all files are copied, PC's going to reboot with a new OS, but user can wait as long as (s)he like, and all the same will see the blue screen with "Please wait..." asking.
