Summary	09334: ct486 [Fallout US original release]: Mouse axes can only increase.
Description	It means that up and left movement is impossible. This bug affects both installational and immediately game EXEs.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	http://redump.org/disc/8463/ Mouse driver is mousetb from ibm5150 SW list. Mouse device is -board2:comat:serport0 wheel_mouse. Just in case all potentially conflictable host mouse axes binds were cleared in advance.
