I mean the 9 year old OST video :D
Can you tell that it's a PCB recording? OST on youtube aren't recommended as proof that there's a bug with the music.

also theres no vibrato in old versions of mame like the 2020 versions.

I'd say it's more likely an emulator recording, MAME or M1 (M1 app uses MAME's sound emulation).
I assume it's the DSP which wasn't emulated yet, the song sounds much flatter on that recording than on current MAME. Not just the missing vibrato on the chords.
