Description	hello rail chase 2 and clones suffers from missing sound effects like in the title screen animation, shooting sound, crash sound and others. this problem doent happen on model 2 emulator or real hardware
Steps To Reproduce	1. start the game 2. see the attract mode 3. missing sound effects during the tittle screen animation 4. enter the game 5. missing shooting sound and crash sound when the train crash on you
