Summary	09404: tekken: Incorrect frame rate during FMVs
Description	The playback speed of FMVs is too fast. Their frame rate is too high and it should be 15 fps (apparently, they are played in 30 fps).
Steps To Reproduce	Just wait for the FMVs to appear during the attract mode.
Additional Information	You can compare their playback speed with the version of the game included in the PS2 version of Tekken 5, and even the PS1 version.

No.24230 hap Developer 10 hours ago	It's better to compare against the actual arcade version on original hardware, not a PS1 version, or a rerelease/backport. Arcade cabinet here: If you compare side by side, yes it's slower overall. It's not twice slower than MAME (so it's not like it's 15fps)
No.24231 AntonioRX Tester 10 hours ago	I guess I was comparing it to the wrong source as it's 15 fps in the PlayStation version. But Kazuya's movie is actually slower than it is in the arcade version.
