Summary	09433: tvochken: At start it produces a LUA error twice
Description	System is listed as working. When started, the game outputs an error, twice, then continues on. [LUA ERROR] error in resolve tags callback: [string "local sub -- keep this here to avoid it being..."]:10: attempt to index a nil value (local 'card device')
Steps To Reproduce	>mame tvochken (or >mame tvochken tvochken) The errors immediately show on the console, the top half of the screen appears, bottom half stays black, and it looks like it may work.
