Summary	09439: skilldrp, skilldrp_g10s, luckycoin: Black screen at start, unable to call up debugger
Description	These 3 games are marked as working. At start you get the layout and a black screen. Pressing every combination I could think of did nothing. If you attempt to invoke the debugger on the command line, it doesn't appear.
Steps To Reproduce	>mame luckycoin All the layout lights are lit, and nothing else happens.
Additional Information	At a quick glance of the source code it looks like the rom needs decrypting because the maincpu region is empty. But there doesn't seem to be any code to do this.
