Summary	09446: megat4st: Unable to coin up
Description	This game is marked as working. It starts up and runs in the attract mode, but not able to play a game. It makes a small sound when 5 is pressed, but otherwise ignored.
Steps To Reproduce	>mame megat4st Starts up. Try inserting a coin. If there's a way to get it into game mode, it isn't obvious. F2 and C keys do nothing.
