Summary	09451: Controller not work if was an long time to reconnect or reconnecting in background
Description	Here Lubuntu 24.04.3 in X11 session, GT 640 driver 470 and using a PS4 DS4 controller. In MAME gameplay window if the controller is disconnected having an long time to reconnect or the user has done ALT+TAB alternating to desktop reconnecting the controller not having focus in MAME the controller not will be used in same MAME game session. Need close the game and reload. I remember in MAME several previous versions even having an long time to reconnect the controller will work in same MAME game session. Perhaps versions before 2024.
