Summary	09452: randomly doing fast forward speed goes to 50 %
Description	Here Lubuntu 24.04.3 in X11 session, GT 640 driver 470. Randomly if holding fast forward for more than 4 seconds when not more pressing "fast forward" MAME speed will be limited to 50 %. Holding fast forward does exactly it, but continue the gameplay being 50 % speed. If doing ALT+TAB alternating to other software and then go back to MAME "fix" it.
