Summary	09460: snes [zombiesu]: Squirt gun doesn't make a sound
Description	No sound from default gun (squirt gun) and confirmed with video of other emulators that it should be making a sound.
Steps To Reproduce	Run Zombies Ate My Neighbors (USA) and squirt your gun on level 1.
