Summary	09511: skattv, skattva, skattvs1: Random can't coin up, random fatal error
Description	These games are marked as working, but have enough problems that they should be MNW. Sometimes it isn't possible to insert a coin, an alarm sounds instead. Hitting 5 enough times might get it to accept a coin. Hitting 5 even more times can cause a random fatal error. Fatal error: HD63484 color modes (Pattern RAM indirect) Fatal error: HD63484 COMMAND_DRD! Inserting lots of coins can cause some kind of graphics corruption, however the behaviour can change on each run.
Steps To Reproduce	>mame skattv (or one of the others) Hit 5. If it works it will say KREDIT 1, sometimes on top of the EINWURF FREI text. If it doesn't work, an alarm will sound for a short while. Start hitting 5 a lot. Eventually, the fatal error might occur. It's all very random. You might need to try over a few days.
