Summary 09526: puchicar, puchicarj, puchicaru: Soft reset causes echo/reverb effects (ES5510 DSP) to disappear
Description In Puchi Carat performing a soft reset (F3 key) causes echo/reverb effects to disappear. This is most noticeable when a character does their final attack animation.
Steps To Reproduce Happens during gameplay but to make it easier

Make sure that for this games "systems settings" have the input device for "dial device" set to "mouse" as the game originally used a dial. Left click moves the selection down. "Start" selects the option, and moving the mouse left or right goes through the selection on what sound to play. Also these are the default options that MAME picks for me when using "mouse".

1. Head into the games service menu
2. Go into Sound Test
3. Make sure the volumes at Max
4. Play sound codes 06A, 06F, and 074 where the echo effect is noticeable
5. Soft reset the game, and repeat previous steps. You'll notice the echo effect are gone.

You didn't say what keys are used to adjust the volume and to select a sound. I found it's the X and Z keys.

Selecting the sound sample is very difficult as the counter would quickly flick past the wanted one. I was able to eventually get 06F each time, and was able to confirm the fault.
