Summary	09535: mac128k, mac512k: Mouse cursor permanently stops responding on one or both axes if the mouse is moved during floppy disk activity
Description	If the mouse is actively moved while the floppy drive is busy (most commonly right at boot), the cursor permanently stops responding to further movement on whichever axis was being moved at that moment: - Moving the mouse along the X axis only, during disk activity, causes the X axis specifically to freeze. - Moving the mouse along the Y axis only causes the Y axis specifically to freeze. - Moving the mouse along both simultaneously causes both axes to freeze (the cursor becomes completely unresponsive). - Whichever axis/axes were NOT being moved during the vulnerable window continue to work normally. Closing and fully relaunching the MAME process always starts with a clean, working mouse.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Start mac128k (or mac512k), boot from sys11. 2. While the floppy drive is actively reading during boot (before the desktop finishes loading), continuously move the mouse back and forth along the X axis only for a few seconds. 3. After the boot finishes, attempt to move the cursor left/right and up/down
