Arcade PCB:

MAME emulation:

In this ticket 3 issues are mentioned. The first one is described as "The cars etc. sprites show up after the 2/4wd display, ". I guess the tester refered to the transition in which you can see the 2/4 wd square right before the sprites are shown. It is exactly the same in both the arcade pcb and mame emulation (see attachments). These attached images are captures of the videos I've shared here. Don't worry if you see position changes comparing the videos, this is because mame emulation is played with the player 1 controls (top of the screen) and the pcb gameplay is played with the player 2 controls (center of the screen). ;)

The second issue is described as "Sled pulling: In the beginning the sled shows up in the right side of the screen.".
For mame emulation video you can see this issue in minute: 1:56
Surprise! Same bug ocurrs in the arcade pcb. Just check minute: 1:14

Regarding the last issue: "Jumping: The ramp flickers", you can check this situation in both videos:
Mame emulation: Minute 3:52
Arcade PCB: Minute 2:58
In both cases the ramp doesn't flicker. It looks exactly the same in both videos.
