Summary 03973: djboyj: The 2nd player can "ghost in" without hitting 2P start and then is impossible to get rid of.
Description The 2nd player can "ghost in" without hitting 2P start and then is impossible to get rid of. I tried to reproduce it once and couldn't. Luckily I was recording an .inp file (attached). I also made a save state (attached) where the glitch is happening and you can see that every time the 2P loses all his lives, he just keeps coming back in. I don't know if it only affects the djboyj set since it doesn't happen every time.

afaik this is the type of thing the MCU handles, Phil might have some more bits to check....

That's why I think ALL hand entered / repaired MCU dumps should be marked as BAD...

The state is crashing due to the problem with OKI 6295 audio and save states (03969). Confirmed while viewing inp file.
