Summary 05144: Slider controls pop-up only allows volume change, missing HLSL controls when active
Description When using the "`" key to enable pop-up "slider controls," up and down arrow keys no longer switch to next/previous slider. All you can change is volume.
HLSL slider controls have disappeared entirely even though HLSL still functions, so this may be a result of the recent HLSL update?)

 Slider is only supposed to show Volume and HLSL BY DESIGN.. Regardless of how it was presented in earlier versions.
It is true the HLSL sliders or even the TAB menu should shows the sliders for HLSL, so that part is a bug and your report will be adjusted. to reflect that this is not working in 0.148u1.

Those are the only slider controls that should show up with ~ on screen toggle - read 04695 for more information regarding this.
