Summary 09518: rsgun: Wrong Reverb effects
Description The Reverb effect in Radiant Silvergun seems to have an incorrect timming which causes the musics to sound weird with them, is like the Reverb effect happens before the normal-volume instruments.
Compared to the Saturnus core from Mednafen, the Reverb effect is correct, it's the same result of how the Saturn version should be.

I've included both recordings: In MAME and in Saturnus (Used BizHawk to make this easier)
The Saturnus recording resulted a bit more quiet than MAME so i made it louder to kinda match the MAME volume.
Steps To Reproduce Either listen to the musics in the game service menu or just play the game and notice the Reverb effect.

Yeah, I noticed this, is it a regression?

I can't say if this is a regression, it was late for me because at one point I got curious about this game and I tried it on a way more later MAME version, so I can't say if this happened in previous MAME versions.

0.152 sounds closer to the Mednafen recording.
Have tried a bunch of releases onwards (153, 154, 155, 157, 163, 174) and they all sound similar to 289.

I haven't tried anything between 174 and 289.

I've also noticed a similar issue in prikura where there is a very noticeable echo during the opening sequence.

Also, JimCarlTay, not that I want to bring this here but: You didin't let me have the chance to go and send a crash dump from my stvbios report when Robbbert said: I'll leave it for a few days. If you get another crash, please post the dump here.
Also 2: I've tried doing the "mame.exe stvbios -v > log.txt" but the .txt file won't write the crash lines, they only shows up in the other window and I can't have time to capture that.

That's reopened for now. I closed it at first because I wasn't able to reproduce that issue and thought that was final.

Thank you JimCarlTay, I'll see now how I can send in the crash report.. unless I'll have to manually type the entire error code that I've managed to catch from the other window before it closed.
If you have any other hint to catch a crash log, let me know.

If you still have a command line window open, you can copy the crash dump from the window by using the shortcut Ctrl+C. Usually, that shortcut would cancel a command, but it can be useful for copying crash dumps. Usually, you should use blockquotes for those when adding them as notes to a MAME Testers bug report, so you may refer to the tutorial for that.
