Summary 09544: coolridr: At random, the Born to be Wild music can either jump ahead of their samples or cut off
Description This was noticed thanks to one of my Discord friends.

The Born to be Wild music in Cool Riders is glitchy, the summary explains what's happening.
The results seems to be always different everytime, I've included 2 recordings.

I've been listening to the music in the sound test first then I've tried to play the game normally, seems that it only affects the music, not the sounds, at least from what I've been testing.

I've tried to listen to the other musics as well but I think the others play just fine, probably because it's not like long samples or something.

NOTE: This seems to happen for the 1st cabinet, the 2nd cabinet doesn't have this issue.
Steps To Reproduce 2 ways:

1-1. Enter Service Mode (F2)
1-2. Press Service (9) 6 times to select Sound Test then press Service Mode
1-3. Press Service to select the left machine then press Service Mode 2 times to listen to "Born to be Wild"
1-4. You'll noticed what I've said about the summary

2-1. Start the game and pick your bike
2-2. Wait until the countdown so the music starts playing
2-3. Use the Music buttons until you change to the Born to be Wild
2-4. Same as the 1st way

It's known: game looks off with the delayed SCSP MLSC timings, particularly with the implication of driving two Born to be Wild BGMs at same time. Also attract never really utter the "Born to be Wild" shout properly, it's cutoff towards the end.

Also there's a sound DMA in between that lacks tons of details, most notably the implications it has with the bus.

If it's known, then that means that it's confirmed. Status changed accordingly.

Also, my Discord friend pointed that this seems to happen for the 1st cabinet, the 2nd seems fine, there's no jumps ahead nor cuts.
I've added that detail.
